Domestic Shipping

Please note that while we do have stock of many items, your piece may be made to order and can take up to 2 weeks from the date of the order to be shipped. If you need your purchase delivered sooner, send an email to info@dalvanyc.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. 

We use USPS Priority shipping within the continental US. You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Your package will require a signature upon delivery for orders over $500. Please make a note in the 'Special Instructions' section of check out if you prefer to have a signature required for your order under $500. 

International Shipments

International shipments are shipped via DHL Express International who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for $50.00.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout- they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
