Returns

Items purchased on www.dalvanyc.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit towards a future purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original unworn condition. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to info@dalvanyc.com and include your name, the item, and invoice number. We will send instructions for returning your item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer. Please note that all custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Repairs

We guarantee the quality of Dalva NYC jewelry for up to one year from the purchase date. This warranty is limited to normal wear and usage, to be determined by Dalva NYC. We are happy to repair any jewelry outside the warranty for a nominal charge. Contact info@dalvanyc.com first for repair authorization before sending item to be repaired. Please note that customer is responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
